You will need a deep or memory frame, the one I used was from Hobby Craft. You will also need a backing paper, a colour that matches or contrasts with your button colour and a bag of button. These don't all have to be the same size or colour.
Heres how to do it:
- Print a shape or a letter, I chose a heart
- Lay this over your base paper and use a blunt tool, the ned of a paintbrush will do, to trace over the shape. Now you have an outline to follow.
- Then you can either use tape to fill the shape or glue each individual button to fill this space.
Then all you need to do is mount it and ta-dah a really unique and one off piece of art.
