As a wedding gift my Mum who is a dab hand with cake making made Sarah's Wedding Cake. All made by hand from scratch including the sugar roses and the cake itself. Teal sprinkles provided by Sarah added in the colour. The flowers on top are from the florist who made the brides flowers.
It turned out amazingly, a lovely creation of pink and roses. With touches of pearl and some lovely texture. Not only did it taste good it was yummy! A week later it is still being eaten and reports say it is still nice and moist.
The fairy cakes at the bottom were a last minute addition, which were very popular with the kiddies
